Project Description:

MK2 Engineers designed tank design, catwalk, piping, central plant, plumbing and fire protection including alarm systems (performance design) systems for the project.

We used a 3D modeling in the design of this winery to show how the overall winery would turn out. The 3D tank layout was used to build from. Project included an ethanol scrubbing system to comply with local air quality requirements, complete process waste treatment system with water recycling, CO2 evacuation system, night cooling and fully automated tank controls.
