Project Description:

Boundary Oak Golf Course is an 18–hole championship golf course located in Walnut Creek, California.  In addition to the golf course, the facility includes a driving range, practice area with putting and chipping greens, and a 33,220 Square Feet (SF), two-story, Multi-use Building known as the Clubhouse

The first floor of the clubhouse consists of a Golf Cart Barn, Snack Bar, Pro-Golf Retail Shop, Office Space, restrooms and storage space.  The first floor has a total gross area of 14,886 SF.

The second floor of the clubhouse consists of Conference Rooms, a Banquet Room, Lounge Areas, Dining Areas, Office Space, and a Commercial Kitchen.    The second floor also has two bars located in the Atrium and Bistro rooms.  The Commercial Kitchen includes two (2) Walk-In Coolers and one (1) Walk-In Freezer.  The second floor has a total gross area of 18,334 SF.

This project focuses on the modernization of the Men's and Women's restroom located on the second floor.

MK2 Engineers designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm systems for the project.
