Project Description:

The Town Center Corte Madera – Common Area Project was a renovation to the existing shopping center in Corte Madera, CA. The shopping center consists of four buildings laid out in quadrants and with paths in between leading to an open central court. MK2 provided plumbing and electrical consulting engineering services. The plumbing scope of work included plumbing for fixtures in the Center Court and North Entry. MK2’s electrical scope of work for this project included new lighting at common pedestrian areas, such as pole mounted fixtures, decorative lighting and string lights. MK2 adhered to the design schedule of approximately 3 months and the construction schedule of approximately 8 months, during which MK2 also provided construction support services.
