Project Description:

The existing Napa Center is a collection of retail buildings and dining establishments located in downtown Napa, California.  The area was originally built in 1989 and was purchased in 2012.  The center will now be a 150,000 square foot redevelopment that will accommodate a mix of 40 stores and restaurants.

MK2 Engineers' scope consists of identifying the plumbing infrastructure work and processes required to facilitate the Napa Center future development based on the proposed Merchandising Plan.
