Project Description:

Napa Riverfront is a mixed-use project located in downtown Napa and consists of two (2) buildings, each three (3) stories. The complex has a total of 40,000 square-feet of commercial space; 30,000 square-feet of office space and 50 residential condominium units.

MK2 Engineers’ scope of work for this project included the design and construction support of the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. MK2 also assisted in the gas and electric design for site utilities layout and programming.
