Bellaire Tower

Project Description:

Bellaire Tower is a 20-story residential tower, located in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. The building was designed and constructed in Art Deco style by architect Herman Carl Baumann in 1928/1929. The building has 64 residential condominiums on 20 above grade floors with an architectural height of 252 ft. Bellaire Tower also has two below grade floors, three main service elevators, an East exit stairwell and a West exit stairwell. The first floor has a large garage space as well as the reception lobby.
