Project Description:
South Napa Supportive Housing is a multi-family housing complex located in Napa, California. The complex consists of four (4) buildings with a total building footprint of approximately 33,250 square feet (SF) and an overall project development size of approximately 73,000 SF. Building A is three stories and has nine (9) single-bedroom apartments. Building B is also three stories and has nine (9) single-bedroom apartments. Building C is two stories and has six (6) two-bedroom apartments. Building D is a single story community center.
The South Napa Supportive Housing Complex is owned and operated by the Gasser Foundation. The unique design and construction of the buildings allow for the South Napa Supportive Housing Complex to play an active role in demonstrating sustainable design and environmentally friendly construction practices to the people it serves.
MK2 Engineers designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, joint trench and LEED systems for the project.
