Historical reproduction of turn of the century Rubicon Winery, in the Chateau Building, is a premier balance of preserving history and applying modern wine-making technology.
Niebaum-Coppola retained MK2 Engineers to evaluate and provide consulting engineering services for this facility.
MK2 assisted Niebaum-Coppola in master planning this 29 wine tank facility and provided construction documents for all process systems, including refrigeration, cold and hot glycol, fire suppression system, HVAC, process system automation, carbon dioxide evacuation system, and electrical design. MK2 also closely assisted in construction administration.
The unique expertise of MK2 in historical renovation and modern wine making technology resulted in original and creative engineering solutions and client satisfaction.
